1. Overview
The spencers.zone framework (“spencers.zone,” “the spencers.zone framework,” “the framework,” “we,” “us” or “our”) is operated by Spencer Ledger, volunteers and various third-parties. The phrases “them” or “they” refer to any third parties (as outlined in the Vendor List). “others” refers to users who are not the reader. The phrases “you,” “your,” “yours,” “yourself,” “visitors,” and “users” refer to people who access the spencers.zone framework in any way. Upon visiting any part of the framework, you consent to abide by the stipulations articulated in this agreement.
This Use Agreement applies to the spencers.zone framework, and any site listed in the framework list.
Please read this Use Agreement carefully before accessing and/or using the spencers.zone framework. By accessing or using any part of the spencers.zone framework, you agree to be bound by this Use Agreement. If you do not agree to be bound by the contents of the Use Agreement, you are not permitted to access or use the framework.
You can review the most current version of the Use Agreement at any time on this page (/use-agreement). We reserve the right to update, rectify or modify this Use Agreement at any time. Significant changes will be notified to users via a notice on the homepage. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. Continued use of the The Spencer Ledger Website after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
The Use Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from or relating to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the United Kingdom.
2. Prohibited Actions
Visitors are prohibited from:
uploading healthcare data to the framework;
accessing the framework if they do not reside in the EU or UK;
compromising the security or integrity of the framework (e.g. distributing malware);
engaging in actives that breach UK and EU cybersecurity law;
being involved in harassment, abuse or discriminatory behaviour;
being involved in spamming, sending unsolicited messages or bulk communications;
being involved in the impersonation of others;
violating the privacy of others;
disrupting, overloading or damaging the functionality of the framework purposefully;
exploiting the framework for unauthorised commercial gain;
uploading harmful, offensive or illegal content to the framework; and
bypassing or circumventing the framework's measures or restrictions.
By visiting the framework in any way, you agree not to engage in any of the aforementioned prohibited actions.
3. Maturity Rating
The framework is not intended for anyone below the age of 16. Please see Section 10 of the Privacy Policy for further info.
4. External Links / Redirects
You may come across external links on the framework (these are clearly labelled). Such external websites are subject to their own privacy and security policies, as well as terms of use. We cannot be held liable for any actions or consequences that may arise from actions taken on these external websites. We do not promote, endorse or create content on any external link.
By visiting the framework in any way, you agree that we cannot be held liable for the content (or issues arising from it) on external websites.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5(a): Creative Commons Licence
Most content and images featured on the framework are devoid of copyright restrictions. If you do intend to use images from the framework, it is your responsibility to independently verify that they are devoid of copyright. Some content could be copyrighted and we may be unaware of it.
Images created by Spencer Ledger or volunteers of the framework are under the licence Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivs (CC BY-NC-ND). Under this licence:
Attribution: Users must give appropriate credit to the original creator (Spencer Ledger & volunteers).
NonCommercial: The content can't be used for commercial purposes.
NoDerivs: Users can share and use the content, but can't alter, transform or build upon it in any way.

5(b): Copyright
Should you hold the copyright to any content on the framework or notice something on the framework is copyrighted and wish to bring it to our attention, please fill out the contact form.
6. Limitations of Liability
We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of your private information. For further details, please view the Privacy Policy.
We disclaim any liability for any loss or damage arising from your use of the framework and/or any tools provided on it. This includes, but is not limited to:
losses incurred from external links;
third party vendor content;
errors or omissions in the framework's tools, content or features, including but not limited to inaccuracies, incomplete information, or technical faults;
any damages arising from the use or inability to use the framework, including but not limited to website downtime, loss of data, or delays;
any user-generated content uploaded to the framework, and any liability arising from the actions of users;
any third party transactions or interactions that occur through the framework, including but not limited to purchases, exchanges or communications that are outside of the control of the framework; and
computer viruses, malware, or other harmful components that may arise from visiting the framework if hacked or defaced, despite efforts to secure the site.
7. Termination of Services
Visitors can be terminated from visiting the framework for any reason, at the sole discretion of the webmaster. We may use your data to block your use of the framework (see Section 4 of the Privacy Policy). This includes, but is not limited to actions outlined in this Use Agreement. Further, third party vendors such as Cloudflare or Google Cloud are authorised to block specific IP addresses from accessing the site if they are known to be malicious, fail the Browser Integrity Check, have an insecure connection to the webserver, or fail the human verification.
The framework and its services are provided “as-is,” with no guarantees or warranties regarding its availability, functionality or suitability for a particular purpose. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate access to the framework at any time, without notice and without liability.
8. Linking to The Framework
Anyone on the internet, but in this case, visitors, can share links to the framework. However, if you portray the framework incorrectly or inappropriately, consequences may be applied to your session, including Termination of Services. Free speech is at the core of our society, but defamation and libel is not permitted; this involves claiming false actions with malicious intent.
9. Contacting Us
You must maintain a respectful and lawful tone when corresponding with us. It is strictly prohibited to transmit any material that is obscene, inappropriate, unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, libellous, or hateful. This is all at the agent's discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, content that could encourage criminal activity, incite violence, result in a civil liability or otherwise violate applicable or local laws.

We cannot, and do not, guarantee the accuracy, reliability or completeness of any information provided on the framework.
